How long to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
In stock orders typically ship within 24 hours, but please allow up to 72 business hours for dispatch from our warehouse. Shipping times may increase during holiday periods and busy weeks due to Group Buy fulfillments. If any delays are anticipated, we will inform you accordingly.
Pre-Order and In-stock order?
Orders containing Pre-Order items and In-Stock products will be shipped together when the Pre-Order item is ready. To receive in-stock items first, please place separate orders.
Why my order is not being delivered on the expected delivery date?
ClickyCaps partner with both international shipping forwarders and major logistic companies to ensure economic and fast shipping.
If your order is being delayed, we recommend you to check the order's current status on the courier's official website and contact the courier for further inquiries. Or you can contact us by using the Contact Us form.
Order Cancellation?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
In-stock orders (except lube and custom coiled cables) can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Pre-Order items are non-returnable. Refunds (minus a 3% return fee) are processed within 30 days of receiving the package.
Do I have to pay import duty tax for my order?
The VAT is included but the import duty (customs tax) isn’t included, and customer is responsible for paying the import duty, if being billed by the local customs.
For US customers, you should not worry about it as US only charges import tax for items over $800, way beyond the value of mechanical keyboards and parts.
For most other regions, if you go with the standard shipping option, the chance of being charged with import duty at customs is extremely low.
