Return Policy

Yooppee appreciates your love and support. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will help you with the return process.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return (when tracking states that the package is marked as "Delivered").

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unopened and unused
  • With tags and in its original packaging

You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. On the day of requesting the return, please provide us with a timestamp of the product to demonstrate its current condition.

If you are located in the U.S., Canada, please email us first so we can help you arrange the shipping with a cheaper option.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Keyboard Kit
  • Lubricants
  • Oils
  • Greases

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Important:

  • A 4.6% PayPal process fee will be charged for all returns, or a 20% restocking fee if the item has been opened and/or used.
  • The shipping cost & shipping insurance will not be reimbursed for returns. Customers are responsible for covering any costs that are related to returns. Yooppee will not cover the return shipping fees, customs fees, and taxes etc.
  • Sale items, clearance items, and Group Buy orders are FINAL SALES and cannot be returned.
