Orders placed between February 13and February 23 will be shipped collectively on February 24. 2026.Happy Lunar New Year!

Yooppee partners with both international shipping forwarders and major logistic companies (such as DHL/UPS) to provide customers with a wide range of economic and speedy shipping options. Please allow us 3 days to process your order (with possible 1-2 day delays due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances). We’ll ship out your items as soon as possible.

Do I have to pay import duty tax for my order? (Important)

When ordering goods from Yooppee for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. Yooppee is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Yooppee cannot predict the value of these charges. For additional information on custom/duties policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

Shipping Estimate

(Shipping estimate is provided to us by your local shipping couriers. These time frames are an estimate only.  Delivery times will depend on the postal services worldwide and how busy they are the time of processing and delivery. If you have any concerns with the tracking of your package, please contact your local carrier with your tracking number for further assistance. 

Once an order has been dispatched and collected by shipping couriers, we no longer has any control over the handling and delivery times of the parcel. Delivery times do not include sorting and processing of parcels.

Delivery times are based on the time your package is sent and should only be used as a guide. yooppee.com cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payments, though we'll try to minimise any potential delays. Depending on your location, our orders can be delivered by different couriers like USPS, Canada Post, DHL, etc.)

  • After your order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email.
  • Do not be alarmed if your tracking information has not been updated in a few days. Shipping Company only updates their tracking information once the package reaches a sorting facility, transit location, or your local post office.

United State: 5-7 business days (cannot ship to APO addresses）

Canada: 8-15 business days

North Korea: 5-7 business days

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or result in a return to sender. Orders will be reshipped once the package has been returned to us by the courier and the reshipment cost has been paid.

Lost & Undelivered Packages

  • Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Yooppee and issues arising from such packages must be resolved by the customer with the appropriate shipping carrier.
  • Yooppee strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.
  • Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order.
  • Yooppee is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous or incorrect address submissions.

Special notes: For Keyboard Kit Shipping

  • Your order will be deliver by DHL or UPS Express which expected to arrive at the delivery address 5-7 business days after shipment.
