Covered Warranty Issues:
We offer free after-sales service for defective products with front-side black/white spots, obvious surface scratches, severe pattern offset, incorrect key height, missing parts, collision cracks, and melted gate marks.
Non-Warranty Explanations:
Slight imperfections are inevitable during the professional dye-sublimation manufacturing process. The following minor conditions do not fall within the warranty scope: trivial pattern offset, slight burrs, and tiny non-obvious flaws on the side of keycaps. All products are strictly inspected before shipment. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
